I had time to play wow a little and i have to say i just can't say if the patch was good or bad.
Every class feel more powerful than before and leveling a new character is even easier (with a BIG wrinting invading your screen when you level up "Congratulations! you are now level <insert level here>! Your class trainer can now teach you a new skill, go visit him!" that makes me feel an idiot.).
About the new talent system i like how you get the most important abilities the moment you chose your specialization but i dislike the lack of freedom in your build, i could spec my chars without even using a talent calculator to make some tries.
Most of the changes to the skills are cool but they shifted a little the balance, some classes are doing way too much damage.

Anyway this is supposed to be a transition patch applied only to prepare for the expansion that hopefully (leveling to 85) will restore the balance among characters with the introduction of level 81+ skills and gear.
